Blueberry Mojito

Blueberry Mojito

2oz White Rum
mint leaves
 10 blueberries
2 lime wedges
2 tsps Fine Sugar
Splash of Club Soda

Muddle rum, mint leaves, lime, blueberries & sugar in a pint glass for 30 seconds.
Fill glass with ice,  pour concoction over the ice. Top with club soda splash.

The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society
took over a vacant lot in the city
across the street from my office.
They are transforming it into a park.

She is going to be doing COMPLIANCE
(thank GOD – one less thing for me to do)
& financial operations.

& we hired her as of June 1st.

Special Events all over the city & suburbs.
Tonight we went to the Pour House in Jamison –
15 minutes from Ivyland.

There is a guy in the borough who has his
house for sale & He has THIS on his front lawn.
New Real Estate technique?

instead of TREES we are getting a COSTO warehouse store.
YAY! (not!) — We moved to the suburbs FOR the trees –
NOT the shopping……..
This land used to be tree lined – they just took out
ALL the trees, sad really.

& I have no use for it, but YOU might……

I read about this yummy HOT SAUCE in one of
my magazines & HAD to get it.
Good move — it is delicious….
I highly recommend you order some!!

Sunday June 5th 2011 Outdoor Theatre – Wizard of Oz

Last year sister Pat & I discovered an Outdoor Theater near our house
in Washington Crossing Park, NJ side (30 minutes from Ivyland).
They have plays & movies for adults & children.
Check out the schedule here:

We bring blankets & a picnic dinner/lunch.
