A new Market Place opened near us & my friend Joyce, sister Pat

& I went to check it out. There was a diversity of vendors –

from cakes, to candles, carpets, toys, books,

outdoor furniture, plants … lots of stuff.

1/14/11 Patagonia Bar & Grill, game night

friends Joanne & Greg invited us out to a Patagonia.

They have a happy hour which is really 2 hours –

from 430 – 630 everything you orders is 1/2 price.

Patagonia is maybe 10 minutes from our house.

i think the dipping sauce was my favorite part of the whole meal.

it was delicious

i liked the bread too

I tried their Caipirinhas – pretty tasty – little glass though…

Michael’s seared tuna was nice.

i had a coconut panko crusted grouper & it was really very good.

I didn’t love the rice & the veggies were just ok

after dinner i stopped to pick up dessert….

not sure if everyone has heard but TastyKake

was skating on thin ice financially &

they announced yesterday they got a reprieve:

it has secured a new line of public and private financing.

Just doing my part supporting them….

the dessert TastyKakes were a big hit

you rub the cupcakes on your self to make the icing not stick –

it really works…..do you know why?

1/13/11 Secret Santa finally

We FINALLY did Secret Santa at my work.

We never did it when we originally planned then some

people took their gift back. TOOK THEIR GIFT BACK! lame.

Well, one guy was leaving our firm & wouldn’t be here when we

eventually did it… but the others….. l-a-m-e.

We had a little snow here in Ivyland.
About 6 inches – it was uneventful.
