Michael & I are competing in a Race this Saturday –

It’s kind of like the AMAZING RACE they have on TV – but
we are doing the race in Philadelphia not another country

Our friend’s Patte & John invited us over for Sunday afternoon lunch.
We got to see their pictures from their recent vacation to Alaska.

at our new favorite Outdoor Theater in Washington’s Crossing Park.

Today my partner Diana & I played in a Grass Tournament

in Limerick, Pa – about 45 minutes from Ivyland.

It was supposed to be 99 degrees – it was HOT!

My volleyball partner Suzy & I just play volleyball
& don’t socialize much – mostly b/c of family /geographic reasons.
She has 3 daughters under 5 & we live about an hour away from each other.
Tonight we made dinner plans at her favorite restaurant in Bordentown, NJ –
Oliver’s Bistro about 45 minutes from us in Ivyland, PA.

New York Gyro – very popular —

They do lamb, chicken or falafel sandwiches/platters.

only $3 for a sandwich & $5 for a platter.
It was tasty.

Michael has been upset b/c we can never keep frogs –
this year we counted 5!!

 

FACTS I learned about frogs:

1.) They are VERY SHY.

2.) They CHIRP when they jump in the water.

(WHO knew this?  frogs CHIRP???)
