They are not on the menu, you just have to know

Character is the foundation stone upon which one must build to win respect. Just as no worthy building can be erected on a weak foundation, so no lasting reputation worthy of respect can be built on a weak character. Without character, all effort to attain dignity is superficial, and results are
sure to be disappointing.
Setting up Volleyball nets.

We were supposed to play in a tournament

We went to see the movie MERU (it was GREAT!)
MERU follows three big-wall climbers as they attempt to tackle the most notorious climb in the world, the Meru Peak in the Himalayan Mountains. This high-stakes adventure takes you on a journey of preparation and practice, triumph and defeat set among the most breathtaking mountains in the world. An engrossing, thrilling film about obsession and dedication.
After the movies we stopped at Pags Pub for a
flight & a bite. FUN was had by all.
It was a GREAT DAY!

Do the things you used to talk about doing but never did.
Know when to let go and when to hold on tight.
Stop rushing.
Don’t be intimidated to say it like it is.
Stop apologizing all the time.
Learn to say no, so your yes has some oomph.
Spend time with the friends who lift you up, and cut loose the ones who bring you down.
Stop giving your power away.
Be more concerned with being interested than being interesting.
Be old enough to appreciate your freedom, and young enough to enjoy it.
“While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
