today was Food & Wine pairing class at work.

We were hoping for oysters to pair with the
Champagne. All we got were potato chips.
Which was NOT a great pairing.

We saw Philadelphia WIN!!

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Indian cuisine.

Michael wanted to try our neighbor Hector’s
new restaurant. Kind of like fast food Mexican
but not exactly.

The chips were not only festive but also tasty!

they have special french fries with all kinds of flavors.
These were Salt & Vinegar and really good!

and of course…..another note for the server…..

You know the Servers love their notes & no doubt
they show them to their friends.
I am certain, the note at least makes them SMILE 🙂
