Today was the DAY for Merrell Down & Dirty!

Our event featured a 6 mile race course
and more than 20 obstacles.

I love this race.
I would do it every weekend if possible!

7/26/14 Saturday farmer’s market, cooking, race bib pick up, scoping the course

Pat & I went to the Wrightstown Farmers Market.
Got all kinds of stuff we didn’t need…..
but made good use of!
Lobster mushrooms, peaches, Kale,
ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, bread
& more.

I meant to get a picture of everything we bought but
I forgot. It would have been quite colorful.

one thing I made was Ricotta Cheese spread with
lemons, fresh garlic, basil, olive oil

biked over the park to check out the race course
for tomorrow’s event.

tomorrow this will be a MUD PIT!
