Chester & I saw this on our morning run.
They live right in our neighborhood.

boot camp today

was REALLY crowded.
Fortunately Kristin did stations.

Making Indoor Pulled Pork

This is the recipe:

you get a pork butt & have the butcher
slice it horizontally

After brining, you slather it with a
mustard/liquid smoke concoction

then it gets sprinkled with a paprika/pepper rub

in the oven it goes for 3 hours

3 sauces that go with the pulled pork

Sweet and Tangy Barbecue Sauce
Lexington Vinegar Barbecue Sauce
South Carolina Mustard Barbecue Sauce
