I ALWAYS like starting big family Holiday meals (and even small ones) with a SPARKLING WINE – whether it is from Italy, California or France

LAMARCA PROSECCO (ITALY)
~ has always been a favorite of mine

A little pricier (but not much more $$) Would be the GLORIA FERRER sparkling wine from California.

And for the SPLURGE I recommend the
PIPER-HEIDSIECK CHAMPAGNE
this is from Champagne France so we are allowed to call it CHAMPAGNE…..

Pinot Noir is always a nice lighter bodied red to pair with the BIRD, HAM, LAMB – or whatever you serve for Thanksgiving.
In order of price
Smoking Loon $, Pinot Project $$ & Wild Horse $$$

If you are looking for a WHITE –
try this for a change – GRUNER VETLINER

It’s a little off the beaten path – something new for THANKSGIVING

oh KUNG FU GIRL — love this wine
Dry Riesling I like this EVERY DAY & not just on THANKSGIVING!

Clos Pegase is a splurge wine.

This one has a nice Buttery flavor..
mmmmm!!

If you MUST have a hearty red –
you really want to go with a ZIN so you are not overwhelmed with the tannins like a big chewy Cab.
Marietta is a LOVELY BLEND & it will not disappoint!

this is dry & has smooth Tannins.
Try it, you’ll like it!

I know – A little crazy –
Chocolate AND Wine — TOGETHER.
It tastes WAY better than it sounds. REALLY.

AMARULA – similar to Bailey’s but better.
AND, it helps the elephants.

Like Tequila? Like Coffee?
You will LOVE this. Trust me.
