We have an inversion board that helps you feel all stretched out

after you use it. I’m hoping to get taller.

The dogs like to take advantage of it as licking practice.

Thursday 3/29/12 Tacos, weasel & Chester, beer, wine stoppers

Thursday 3/29/12

Last night I was going to try the new

Taco Bell Dorito Taco but they gave me the wrong thing.

They gave me a taco with two shells (weird) so

for breakfast I made an open faced scrambled egg taco.

They were good. I really like tacos.

Weasel & Chester

~ The dogs & I went for a one mile fun run/walk.

I’m in training for a race in July so that means

the dogs are in training too.

Weasel keeps up but I am not sure how far

I should push her as she IS a Senior…..

The Dorito Taco – finally got one tonight.

It comes with a fancy holder so your fingers

don’t get all orangey.

If you like Doritos & you like Tacos —

there is no reason not to like these!

today I did the Boot Camp class & it was quite challenging.

Apparently everyone comes late to this class –

I didn’t get that memo….. It’s a little annoying….

Volleyball in a couple months & a 10k race scheduled

for July — NEED to get ready!!!

is a wonderful resource I recently discovered.

I went today to an Orientation

& they give TONS of information regarding

looking for a job. Anyone can go.

Not just those unemployed or collecting UC.

Anyone!!!

People signing up for various courses.

They offer Word/Excel training.

Resume writing, Interview techniques,

job search counseling and much more.

I wish I knew about this resource sooner.

But now that I know about it, I am already using it.

Chester snoozing in the Reading Room.

Reading sometimes makes me sleepy too.

I got this coolio book so I can now make my

Mail COOLER than it already is!!!

Monday 3/26/12 WARNING * Bloody lip & stitches*, gym ,eggs

danny diehl sent me this photo late last night

he had a hockey snafu & took a stick to the face.

His tooth went through the lip

5 stitches on the outside & 3 inside

Happy because despite the injury….

his team WON the championship game!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

started my day with a body conditioning class at the gym.

It sure is crowded!!

Michael was throwing out an old map book

so I trash picked it & will use the pages as envelopes.

Kind of cool, huh? Wonder who is getting THIS?

our egg supply was down to ZERO so it was

time for an egg run to the Roadside Produce store.

Farm Fresh eggs just laid this morning

an honor box. WOW!

This is where the chickens live.

Michael put down some new sod –

the dogs “helped”……

I guess Chester was testing it out by

laying on it?

the forecast was for RAIN all day which did NOT happen,

it actually got kind of nice out.

All I wanted to do on a RAINY DAY was READ.

so I did even though it didn’t really rain (much).

mission accomplished!

Read the Sunday New York Times & weekend

Wall Street Journal today. Both papers.

All sections. This is such an accomplishment.

Race horsing industry needs to be re-vamped.
