TODAY my friends Molly & Jesse added another

baby to the mix….

Now Mavis, Kendrick & Martha will have a new

little sister — Nellie Clare ( 7 lbs, 13 oz)

Congratulations !!!

We got a little snowfall over night

-i liked the dog foot prints in the snow

our contractor Jim working hard on our basement day #6

neighbor Denise asked if we got much snow & if she needed to come home

to shovel b/c they got 6 inches up where she was in the mountains.

I told her we took care of all the shoveling & the dogs helped.

I also sent here these photos:

2/20/11 packages to mail & Bday dinner for Danny

way over due to get mailed —

the mailman loves delivering my

we took Danny out tonight for his birthday dinner

because he is working on his actual birthday (Tuesday).

Mesquito Grille has ok food & good beer selection.

We always have fun here.

Saturday 2/19/11 dog school, IHOP & Volleyball Tournament

sister Pat was asking me about dogs.

wondered if I knew what the breed Havanese was…

Yes – I DO!! this is LUCY — she is one of

the dogs in Chester’s dog school.

She is ridiculously CUTE!

been wanting to go to IHOP for awhile

since a friend talked about recently being there.

We used to go when we were little.

I guess it kind of brings back memories.

It’s been YEARS since I’ve been to IHOP

as we usually, as a rule, avoid chain restaurants.

i went for the 2x2x2x

two of each: Pancakes, eggs, bacon

I REALLY wanted to try all their syrups…..

Regular, butter pecan, strawberry & blueberry.

no wonder no one wants to go out to eat with me…

I like to PLAY with my food……

A team needed some players for a volleyball tournament so I said I would play.

Tonight we were playing in a women’s quads tournament at Bucksmont

indoor sports center about 30 minutes from Ivyland.

2/18/11 Basement finish day #5

Finally after years of waiting to get our basement finished

we are happily through our first week of construction.

Day by day more gets done 🙂

2/18/11 Skiing at Camelback Mountain

2/18/11

today Michael & both took off work

and went skiing. Making for a looong

4 day weekend for me as I am off

Monday as well (& have NO PLANS!)

before skiing we always like to fuel up.

Ivyland has this cute little country store.

We liked to spend $$$ locally & support the community.

Cliffhanger was in great shape —

it was NOT as scary as it sounds……

i had a little (well…. really BIG) fall on our last run….

ROCKET – a black diamond bump run….

it had a groomed little alley on the side.

It was interesting…….

It was 70 degrees in Ivyland and the forecast

We had some visitors in our office –

Matt in the middle is our Bloomberg Rep.

& now work for Drexel Hamilton

2/16/11 NYC to see the Play LOMBARDI

My day started here at 5:30 a.m.

I parked my car at the Trenton, NJ train.

Took the train from Trenton to work in Philadelphia

so when we came home from NYC

i could get off here & drive home.

The Wall Street Warfighter’s (who Drexel Hamilton is affiliated)

were invited to see the play LOMBARDI in NYC.

The screening was sponsored by an organization called

The Mission Continues.

I thought I’d tag along to get to better know some of the guys

going through our WSWF program.

for “old times sake” we got bloody mary’s for the

ride to NYC. When we worked on the Philadelphia

Stock Exchange floor & went to NYC after a

hard day trading….

we ALWAYS started our trip with these.
