Tom, at Sciascia confections is going to
make truffles with this wine for me
to give to customers. The wine is a high end
one that I sell. it is a red blend of
45% Malbec, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon,
5% Cabernet Franc, 10% Bonarda
The grapes are dried on the vines then fermented.
Delicious!
