at sister Pat’s church.

lots of people brought their dogs.
and a few brought their cats.

Sunday 10/4/15 Mass for my brother Michael, Ponzio’s dinner, Great Pumpkin

Going to Church at the Cathedral in Camden, NJ

My cousin Rose Mary had a mass said for our
brother Michael who died last month.

There was no funeral or memorial service so
this was a good idea to have mass in his memory.

after Church we went to PONZIO’s Diner.
They have a huge bakery & everything looks great!

10/3/15 boot camp, shopping, cooking,DMV, EVEREST Movie, Weasel & Chester, Wine

10/3/15
Now that Volleyball is over we usually bike
on the weekends but the weather wasn’t
great for that so I went to Boot Camp instead.

Visited a new Wegmans near the Boot Camp Gym.
It was good, though I had no idea where anything was!

I found THIS spicy tomato sauce that Michael
used to bring home from NY when he lived there.

Today I was making a crock pot dinner.
It was a good day for it.
Rainy, chilly day!

I really liked the FOOD RULES book I recently read.
I decided I’m going to share the rules!

EAT FOOD.

Sounds like this should be easy but so many
people eat processed food.
The Challenge of eating well is to
CHOOSE REAL FOOD
& avoid the “industrial novelties”….

Time to renew my driver’s license!

the guys that work at the DMV all got a kick
out of Weasel’s license.

Michael & I went to the movies
to see EVEREST in 3D.

Friday 10/2/15 stormy weather, wine school, Macaroni’s, Toscana, To-Yo SUSHI

we’ve been having lots of stormy weather
with Hurricane Threats. Lots of trees down.

Fortified Wine School this morning.

Port. Madeira. Sherry. Muscats.

appointments in NE Philly took me past our old house.
Ours was the one on the left!
We really don’t miss the old neighborhood!

stopped at Macaroni’s, a nice upscale Italian
restaurant in NE Philly

Macaroni’s has a cool outdoor area.

I’m not doing business with them yet, but I am trying.

Ryno, HELP!!

Visited Toscana 52 in Feasterville.
They are my customer & I am trying to do more with them.
Also Italian!

Found another place for us to do QUIZZO.
Not that we will get there any time soon
since we are playing volleyball on Tuesday nights.

Wedding invite for Rachael & Danny!
They are really tying the knot.
November 8th!

It will be a GREAT DAY!

I had to leave early but I got there!

& ordered some Beujoalais Nouveau

Ciders & red wines.

Today he bought the Portuguiser & some cider.
Most likely will also get the Beaujolais & Pinotage.

Waiting for BOOT CAMP to begin!

I can’t always stay for the whole class but
as least I can get there. This is good!

It was HOT & Humid today.

Crazy that it was 86 degrees in the first week of Autumn!

They bought some cider. Tis the cider season!

met with the buyer at KOME in Saucon Valley

He bought some SAKE!

stopped in at Saucon Valley Country Club to see the buyer

Had a wine tasting tonight at Apollo Grill
in Bethlehem.

Poured a French Sauvignon Blanc & chilean Cab.

neighbors Roman & Denise were in Florida
so they stopped in to visit with our friends
Mary & Tom who now live there.

Any of my other friends looking for visitors?
Roman & Denise are on their way……

LUCY needs a home!!!

I haven’t been in a few days.

FREE COFFEE DAY.
I got mine at Dunkin Donuts after the gym
(hence why I look a mess)

Michael & I had were off to play some volleyball tonight.

We met playing volleyball so it’s nice to still play together.

After volleyball we stopped at Iron Abbey (my account)
for Apres Volleyball snacks & beverages.

You can order a “bowl of bacon” here if you know about it.
Not everybody knows about it & it is NOT on the menu.

We played some Trivia poorly, then went home.
