1/25/16 Monday

Monday Morning Walk was a little challenging.
A maze of snow.
Fortunately, almost everyone shoveled
their sidewalks.
NOT measuring the snow in bananas anymore.
Food Rule!

We have 3 dog beds. 2 couches
& one dog “perch” (ottoman).
Where do they both HAVE to sleep?
these ROOTS!!! ugh!
time to spiff up!
needed some color & shaping up.

Love that my hair stylist is my neighbor!

Weasel wants Chester’s piece of bread.
She does eventually get it.
She Weaseled her way in!
my friend Stefanie is getting one of these chickens:

Saturday January 23rd the Blizzard of 2016 !!!

Weasel not wanting to face the storm…..
let’s get the shoveling party started

at 1pm we were up to FOUR bananas
getting the dogs outfitted for a walk in the Blizzard!

we couldn’t keep up with the snow.
It kept coming down.
Blowing, drifting.

our neighbor helped with the snow blowing
I was in COOKING MODE during the storm:
Chili, spinach & Beans, Roasted Peppers
and Split Pea Soup
SEVEN BANANAS of Snow!!!

It looked really nice.
I have an appointment with the owner on Tuesday.
I hope I am able to help them!
next appointment was at Macaroni’s in NE Philly.
I had lunch, opened a new account & made a sale!
now being served at Macaroni’s:
some fancy vermouth!
YUM!

I had lots of appointments recently which
means lots of leftover wine.
Can anyone help drink these?

bananas of snow we got.
Michael picked up the most recent
ENJOY BY IPA.
it’s tasty, just like the others!
it’s only been snowing a short while.
We really don’t have any bananas of snow
to talk about.

Thursday 1/21/16 gym, BLIZZARD, Kalaharai Resort, Bistecca, Beer School

got to the gym before driving up the Poconos for
some appointments
Everyone is talking about the pending big storm
Already declaring a State of Emergency
in advance of storm
This is a only PART of Michael’s flashlight collection.
He is obsessed with them.
first appointment was at Kalahari resort
they have tons of cool statues at the Resort
We tasted all these wines & they liked them ALL.
If they start ordering like he indicated this will
be a GREAT account!!
next tasting was at Bistecca in the
Mount Airy Casino
It’s a fancy steakhouse!
a little beer school tonight.
It was nice!
always nice to finish with a CHOKLAT

Wednesday 1/20/16 Boot Camp, From The Boot, Dettera, Italian Book

Wednesday 1/20/16

Starting the day with BOOT CAMP.

I’m so happy I have a job that allows flexibility.
If I didn’t get to the gym first thing in the
morning it would never happen for me.
All the talk this week has been about the
pending storm this weekend
We had a Hairy Woodpecker visit us today.
We don’t usually see these in our neighborhood.
tasting appointment at FROM THE BOOT in Ambler
He is adding these to his list 🙂
next stop was Dettera wine bar in Ambler
it’s a cozy spot!
He bought 2 of the 4 I showed him.
A Pinot Grigio & a Carmenere
That’s GOOD!
Last stop was Castello in Blue Bell.
They are building a new restaurant & I want
to be sure he remembers ME when he is
building his wine list!!!
at the Bucks County Community College bookstore
I got my Italian book for class that starts next week!

I’ll share some of what I learn!

started the day with the GYM!

If I don’t go first thing in the morning
I would never get there!
HUGE ACCIDENT on the way to my first appointment.

Traffic (the other direction) was backed up for MILES!
Wine delivery for a new restaurant in Easton
delivery person! I’m full service!
stopped at Morgan Hill Country Club.
Nice vies form the Clubhouse.
STOKE

this is the new Restaurant I did the wine delivery for.
Today was their grand opening.
